Picking up where Avengers: Endgame left off, Sam Wilson (Falcon) struggles to come to terms with filling Steve Rogers' shoes as the next Captain America in a world where he is not completely accepted. Bucky Barnes (the Winter Soldier) is trying to make amends for his bloody past while trying to find his place in a modern, post-blip world and the government sets up a new super soldier to take down a new group of international terrorists.
